What are the EU Organic Awards?
This event is organized by the European Commission, the European Economic and Social Committee, the European Committee of the Regions, COPA-COGECA and IFOAM Organics Europe.
🎯 What is the goal?
To recognize the excellence along the organic value chain of actors who have developed an innovative, sustainable and inspiring project bringing real added value to organic production and consumption in the EU.

8 prizes will be awarded in 7 categories:
- Best organic farmer
- Best organic region
- Best organic city
- Best organic neighborhood
- Best organic SME
- Best organic retailer
- Best organic restaurant
What are the key dates?
Apply for the 1st edition of the EU Organic Awards from 25 March (until 8 June 2022) on the official EU website. The award ceremony will take place on 23 September 2022 during the European Organic Day in Brussels. (if the sanitary situation allows it)
